Re: Can Tier 2 ICT visa apply ILR after 5 years?

Yes. You must have continuously extended the ICT issued before April 2020. All these eligible candidates would have received ILR by around 2015 itself. Anyone with ICT after 2010 regulations are not eligible for ILR even after 5 years. They will go back and serve cooling before reentering UK. I pre...

For leave granted under the rules in place from 11 January, 2018.
I mean, when the 12 months started?
The day my T2 via granted + 365/365 days?
The T2 application + 365/365 days?
Or I can pick any start day and end day + 365/365 days?

For example:
First Name: AAA bbb
Last Name: ccc

Passport: ccc BBB aaa(only 1 line)

My T4:
First Name: AAA bbb
Last Name: ccc

My T2 BRB is printed as: ccc BBB aaa(only 1 line)

Is correct?

Last Name First Name in passport.

My T4 BRP also based on my Last Name First Name in passport.

First Name: AAA bbb
Last Name: ccc

Passport: ccc BBB aaa(only 1 line)

Basically, my T4 and T2 based on same passport which is "cc BBB aaa ".

Re: Total 180 days outside UK for ILR

It is 180 days in ANY 12 month rolling period, regardless of visa issue date or date of ILR application. Sorry for asking, is a bit confusing. 12 month rolling period, regardless of visa use date. so it calculated start from 01-01-2020 to 31-12-2020 (12 months, total absence my less than 180 days),...

Re: Total 180 days outside UK for ILR

The absence is ONLY relevant to your time on Tier 2. So ANY absence of 180 days in ANY 12 months rolling period breaks continuity for ILR. https://www.immigrationboards.com/indefinite-leave-to-remain/big-changes-to-continuous-residence-rule-for-ilr-applicants-t246559-60.html#p1647376 Important to n...

Re: Total 180 days outside UK for ILR

I am just a bit curious.
Why the start date is not calculated as the T2 Visa granted date for the 12 months rolling?

So it I from T4 to T2, I can choice any date as start date and then + 364/365.
Will it be easier to calculated as the T2 visa granted date?
