he came to uk 2010 4/06/10 and has neverleft apart from the wedding time in 2009 when we was refused immigration none to our fault we have now been married 4 yrs althought been in uk total from 2004 -2013

hi guys wonder if you could give me some advice we have nbeen married 4 yrs and we applied for naturalisation we have been refused as we are 121 days to early to apply .....they have took fee and its non refundable what to do

letter asking for another 5 proofs of marriage letters sent 13th dec ....24th dec xmas eve postman gave documents and passports indefinate leave to remain granted at long last ..27th dec biometric card recieved now just citizen ship to apply ty all member of board who have helped me tyxxx wish u all...

hi my husband has been in uk on spouse visa we are now applying for indefinate leave to remain i am currently on a severe disabilty benefits due to a heart condition we have house which i pay shortfall for as i claim my benefits for myself council tax in joint names but i get rebate house joint name...

You'll need more evidence than this. You can send extra bills/letters etc in single names. Have you read the notes on the SET(M) application form listing the required documents? Has your husband pass the Life in the UK test or completed an approved ESOL course? yeah he has passed that test wil it a...

hunny keep appealing dont keep applying ya have a strong case it took us 15 months but we finally got it from upper tier tribunal strong case have been married and ure pregnant helps so hang in there appeal and appeal u will suceed in end

we lodged our in august 2009 we got hearing on november 2009 we got refused again and appealled again to upper tier tribunal we had hearing on 27th april got call today we been successful so just awaiting visa now been long struggle but stick in there we did and now have good result
