Referee forms

I just completed my citizenship application. I have the referee forms that say: "On the back of the applicant’s photograph, please write their full name and date of birth. The photograph should then be glued into the space aside." This is a bit confusing because I thought I was supposed to scan and ...

Re: ILR Set(O) Proof of Cohabitation

Thank you for sharing this. It seems that if you apply for the ILR at the same time i.e. the main applicant as well as the family, they explicitly ask for proof of cohabitation. Hello, I got my ILR in September 2018 through Tier-1 (Exceptional Talent) visa. Now, my wife and kids have the requisite 5 years stay in the UK to qualify for an ILR as well. The last leave that was granted to them was as Tier-1 Dependents in May 2018. I have filled the online Set(O) forms for the t...

Moving to Tier1 from Tier2 - What about dependents?

Hello,

I moved from Tier2 to Tier1 (ET).

My family has Tier2 dependent visa until July 2018.

Am I required to switch them to Tier1 dependent immediately or can I do it anytime before their Teri2 dependent visa expires?

Thanks.
