Naturalisation isn't a continuation of the immigration process - it's a separate application and she should enter all the correct details as they are now. Not aware that applicants are penalised for mistakes in previous immigration applications, unless deception was found to be involved. Thanks Sir...

If you did not need to meet the English and LIUK requirements for ilr, then you tick NO to the question.
