Hi,

Long residence ILR application was refused on general ground bases 322(5), because of SA not submitted before ilr application.
Can some one travel after the ILR is refused, still have valid Tier 1 till June 2016?
want to travel for 1 week in april. thanks

Hi All,

Long residence ILR has refused and got right to appeal on human right bases. what if he re-apply rather than appeal will he get the right of appeal in case of refusal again (worst case) ?

Also what is the status of person during the time of Judicial review?

I have received approval of British citizenship application, however i may have to travel in next couple weeks.
Just wondering what is the law about traveling on ILR after that? can i travel after attending citizenship ceremony using ILR?
I am allowed to have dual nationality.

@Rahul, I submitted all documents by myself, in Croydon peo you don't get interaction with caseworker.
when you go to counter for case registration, they provide you an envelope and ask you to put all the supporting documents you want to submit.
