Thanks all for your encouraging words.

I tried a lot... but they are delegating to back office which is located at Chennai. Statement on Bank's letter head / stationary can be issued only at Chennai.

So I have to wait 3 more days to get the statement in my hand.

My whole plan got messed up. Let me try again at the bank.

Thanks again.

Travel date is intended date of travel. If it is not more than 90 days from your application date, it is likely to have your visa validity start date (not guaranteed though) on that date.

Just a quick question (may be very silly).

Is it allowed to staple all the pages in form or it's suggested to put clip only ?

They print it in their stationary so no need to be attested. I even got statement for 12 months in a c...
