Spending time abroad.

Hi asking for my cousin. He is on a 10 year route private life visa. How many days can he spend outside the UK in a year. I cant seem to find a straight answer.

Im on a 10 year private life route. My 30 month BRP will expire in June. So if i go to Pakistan in February and return in April it should be fine and then i can apply to extend my BRP in May?

Hi,

My BRP is expiring at the beginning of June and i want to travel to pakistan at the end of February. Is there any rules for my return to the UK. When is the latest i can return?

My visa was valid from 25 Jan 2019 and I arrived on 14 Fab, collected BRP next day. Just read the letter came back with passports, all the details are just blew the post office address. I didn't get a decision letter? Is that going to be an issue. I know where to collect BRP from but no letter was ...

You don't need to notify the HO cause they will just send the BRP to the post office when it's ready. Usually it would state a date of when it will available on your decision letter. Is mandatory reconsidersation and reconsideration two separate things? Government website states that if you have a right to appeal then you cant request reconsideration.
