Well, that's good news!
I didn't know that and don't know why I thought I'd need to show that. Thank you!

Pre-settled status and separated from EU spouse. What next?

Hi there, I am separated from my EU spouse and have a pre-settled status. We have been married for over 3 years and been living in the UK for many years. We have recently moved out of the place where we lived together. I can apply for settled status in October 2021. My question is should I divorce n...

EEA2 card delivery delay

Hi there I have received a letter along with my documents saying my application's been approved. The date on the letter is 25 July. They told me I should receive my card within the next 10 working days from the date on the letter. It's been longer than 10 days now, I've emailed them but no reply yet...

I am also in the same situation.

On their official website it says that you can leave and enter using a valid EEA FP as many times as you like but I am still paranoid they won't let me back in!

I'm sorry to hear that...

https://eforms.homeoffice.gov.uk/outrea ... ments.ofml

here's an online form for requesting docs/withdrawing your application, just follow the steps.

It says they aim to return your documents within 10 working days but received my passport back in 5!

EEA Family permit. traveling abroad

Hi there I am still waiting for my EEA2 card but I need to travel outside the UK for a couple of days. So I'd requested my passport last week and received it today. My EEA FP is valid till the 24 April so obviously I will travel and come back before that date. I have done the biometrics bit but I st...

Article 50 has been triggered. What now?

Hello everyone I'm sure there are a lot of concerned and confused people like myself here... Will there be any changes for us (EU nationals AND their non-EU family members) now that Article 50 has been triggered? Or will it remain the same for a two-year period? I am also quite curious to see how Th...

Requesting passports back (EEA2)

Hello everyone I have made an EEA2 (non-eu family member) application in the end of February. My husband and I would like to travel abroad in about a month time so need to request our passports back. When would be the best time to do that? After it's been at least 10 working days since they received...

As far as I know, you can travel without a visa with your RC and shouldn't have any problems

EEA2 money issue. Really need your advice!

So I have just applied for a EEA2... And then it's struck me: My husband, who is my sponsor, is a qualified person and therefore we supplied everything that's required when applying using that route. However, he used to have a joint bank account with his former partner and due to an overdraft that w...

Re: EEA2 Docs

Thank you for your prompt reply!

Yeah, I think it might be better to submit as much stuff as I can. It definitely won't hurt.
I just hoped the process might be a tad easier after you get a Family permit. Guess not.

Thank you again

EEA2 Docs

Hi there

Could anyone please advise me on a list of documents for EEA2? (that you've submitted and got your RC?)
Some people say that minimum is enough while some say otherwise.
Could somebody please clear this confusion?

Many thanks in advance
