Re: what to do when partner claimed benefit (income support JSA) with no recourse to public funds

Hi Zimba, I understand child benefits and child tax credits. However, Income based JSA is something different. As i explained earlier, DWP by mistake added my partner as I received JSA as a couple when my partner status is still 'No Recourse to Public Funds'... I highlighted this to DWP but they jus...

what to do when partner claimed benefit (income support JSA) with no recourse to public funds

Hi, I claimed and received income support job seeker allowance as a couple , while my partner was clearly Tier 1 PBS dependent (with no recourse to public funds). Re: SET(o) application form - Question

Hello Hina, As per my understanding; see the response below: 1) You need to provide evidence for your absences by providing a letter and stating the reasons for absences outside the UK. Ideally the absences shall be linked to your business; but if not; just state 'Holiday'. I hope the absences are n...

Re: SET(o) application form - Question

Dear Forum Members, I have a doubt about the below questions in ILR SET(O) Application form: 6.1 When did you (the main applicant) first enter the UK? This refers to the date of your first entry into the UK at the beginning of the period of stay on which this application is based. 7.11. How long ha...

Hello Gurus,

Any idea about this question.

I was on Paternity leaves for on 5 days in last 5 years. (But still my salary not effected, as per my employer paternity policy).

Please confirm if this applies to maternity where one usually goes on long leaves at reduced pay rate?

I am sure once you receive ILR , you can directly apply for your kid for citizenship (on basis of your ILR status). The kid does not need to have ILR status (as far as I understand). Anybody can c...

Within validity period of entry clearance. However, with biometrics, it's within 30 days . Super Vinny. That's a proper referenced guidance. Thanks for sharing. If you not mind, can you please confirm any reference to 'time limit for dependents staying outside UK (possessing BRP issued within UK)'?...

Time Limit to Enter UK for Tier 1 Dependent Child after EC

Hello,

Can anybody please confirm:

If there is any time limit to enter UK (3 months or 6 month); once a Tier 1 Dependent child has been issued with first visa (entry clearance).

Any reference to the immigration rules would be highly appreciated.

Thanks
