If their leave hasn’t expired, then yes. Hi vinny. Does this mean that the main applicant can apply say in December 2018 whilst the dependants apply in March 2019 as long as both the main applicant and dependants have valid leave till March 2019? Please is there any link from the Home Office to bac...

Hi CR001

Thanks again for your prompt response. You've been very helpful.

My partner has been resident for about 3 years.

I sincerely apologise for any offending comment I made on that topic.

Re: Bank Statements and Pages to Include

what really matters (mandatory requirement) is sending your bank statement showing any investment made (that is, if investment was made via directors' loan). there is no requirement to submit bank statements evidencing expenses, invoices, etc. you can choose to send them as supporting documents but ...

Re: FPS AND ANY OTHER DOCUMENT FOR JOB CREATION

Much apreciated babylondoner your detailed reply. However I can 'almost' buy in to moving 'all' data to moneysoft, at least it is a 1:1 replica of what was sent via FPS, but moving partial data screams of fraud. It is sad that home office does not care if you "have employed 50 people or 1 person" i...
