You need the full years residence before you can apply for settled status. Thank you for your advise. How many months in advance can i apply for Settle Status before my current Pre Settled Status expired? i.e My company can ask me to update my immigration status document at least 3 months before it...

30 June 2021 is the deadline for EEA citizens to apply, whether it is full or pre-settled status. The Settled Status provisions (Appendix EU) will remain as far as one can know - as you need five years residence to qualify for full status. We registered our marriage in the local council and we have got UK registered marriage certificate. Sorry i forgot to mention that i have got Pre settle status as well last year in May. *So, that means i can apply for Settle Status when my 5 years completed from the date i got married? Correct. I think there would not be any problem even after Oct 2019 as the set deadline is Dec 2020 incase of No Deal. I don't need visa as i am going to visit my back home country with my wife (Eu Citizen).

Our return date to the UK is 2nd Nov 2019. I am just confused but hope Govt will draw the possible polices soon as there could be a lot of people in millions coming back from holidays or business trips!

What about non eu citizen pre booked the holidays and are going with their eu family abroad. :?
