Thanks for your replay.
As a conclusion I am alright in having 2 financial year dividends together in last 12 Months.
Also alright to have personal loan as this doesn't impact ILR application.

I had the same issue when I booked my first appointment. If you have received 2 email of appointment confirmation then most likely your appointment is through. I would still thank you for sparing time and giving this answer. The reason of question was because of multiple input at UKBA call center and to check if something recently changed. :( I have always tried to search first and post if I am not fully sure and I assume that's the motive of everyone here...

Hi All, Any suggestion for center itself as a self employed. Should I really change it or sollihul itself is good enough? More important thing is that they will accept the application or not? Yes I agree with you but I spoke to UKBA this morning and they communicated a contractor (director of own company) should always go to Croyden.
