Re: Tier 1 Dependent Extension Online Application

1. Does the form need a signature as I couldn't find any section apart from the declaration where it she had specified that she is the applicant? I contacted UKVI but they are being UKVI and do not answer any questions properly and suggested it will say on the form what to do. Sign the printout you...

Applying alone?
Period should be Three years.
Thanks.

Yes applying alone. It comes to 3 years but she would qualify for ILR within 5 months. Do I need to pay for 3 years and include this in the application somewhere for caseworker to assess?

Thanks again.

Thanks Bhatt. On Q9. Question 9: Which visa are you currently on? If you are on Tier 1, no evidence is required as long as you haven't broken 180 day rule criteria. Just list your absence dates and you will be fine. I'm On Tier 1 General. So even if i go on Business trip the letter from Employer no...

Re: Would you recommend 1st Contact for an ILR application?

I've been in touch with 1st Contact about my ILR application and they have been really helpful by email AND have a non visa no fee service. Have you worked with them? Any experiences with them? Good or bad, please let me know. They are good as far as I know. A friend of mine has used their services...

Hi,

I am applying for ILR. I work through Limited Company. My accountant generated payslip for November but I hadn't paid myself in November. I paid November-14 salary in January-15. Would it be accepted? Thanks

Hi,

For dividend vouchers and salary payslips, did you have to certify it? For Balance Sheet and P&L did you use the companies house return or interim accounts prepared by your accountant? Thanks

ILR short of 5 Years and Dependent

Hi, I have 2 questions. I switched to Tier 1 (General) from PSW on 01.03.2010 and further extended it but was given visa until 06.02.2015. As it stands I would be eligible for ILR on 01.03.2015 but I have visa until 06.02.2015. I have read that one can apply for ILR 28 days before the 5th anniversar...
