APPLYING FOR ILR

I just want to ask if someone delay his travel after he receives the visa, lets say for a month does it have an effect when he applies for ILR???

Visa issued April 2 2010
Validity 2/04/2010- 2/06/2012
May 4 - flight to UK

I was refused base on paragraph 320(11). I applied at BHC Manila After a year of being away from my spouse. I finally won my appeal and issued a VISA. :D :) Thanks to this forum and GOODLUCK to everyone who still waiting for the outcome of their application. GOD IS GOOD congratulations blessed lady!...

BHC emailed me last week of July and sent the passport via courier . August 4 stamped date of the visa. I didn't wait for 6 weeks.

VISA GRANTED AND BACK IN UK

After a year of being away from my spouse. I finally won my appeal and issued a VISA. :D :)

Thanks to this forum and GOODLUCK to everyone who still waiting for the outcome of their application.

You should submit Original documents. Unless you provided a reason why you didn't.
