Re: B.Citizenship - Referees and ESOL question

Use common sense, dont you think your sister would be related to your wife!!! Hi all, My wife has just been granted ILR. Re: do i need visa? anyone can advice pls..

If you are travelling with your spouse then you should be fine, however I would validate this on the Belgium embassy website. Most EEA countries are fine for you to travel without a visa as long as your spouse travels with you i have five year eea family permit issued in liverpool..uk resident card....

Re: applying for surrender certificate for lost indian passp

TBH most questions can be answered if you look at the threads by searching for "OCI" in Other Countries Forum. Re: council tax for past five years

My reply addressed OP's question. HO/IPS do not check for Outstanding or Due Bills. As long as OP has not been declared Bankrupt it should be all good. Nope, IPS/HO might check if you are on the electrol roll which might speed up the process of establishing your footprint/identity Form AN requests y...

before you get your MP involved, I would write to the HO and ask them to re-check and confirm that all relevant information was provided with the application. I know for a fact all this was submitted. My question is do you think getting a mp letter or getting in contact with the chairman of home off...

Re: About eea

Then apply for RoR, go through the threads in the EEA application section to see what you need to apply for this. After that you can apply for PR or maybe apply for PR directly after 05.07.2014 (it helps if you have applied for RoR generally) after you get PR then wait for a year and apply for Natur...
