Re: Irish Citizenship application (Form 8) - How did you organise your application?

Lets agree to disagree, the fallacy of your argument is the numbers on your chart which have no co-relation. They are statement of facts. Your charts are not a representation of how decisions are being made when it comes to approving applications. Even at this point in time you cannot say how many a...

Re: Irish Citizenship application (Form 8) - How did you organise your application?

someone should explain these stats to people who are waiting from 2016. Citizenship as a process is lopsided, biased, unpredictable & ludicrous. If you have ever invested in funds, you might have noticed this warning , "past returns are no guarantee for future values". I am sure if you do the same e...

The process is absolutely not fair, neither reliable and this comes from an former Indian national who got naturalized recently , it took me over a year just 5 years of residence in Ireland. Those who say its a right not an obligation and all that BS. I would just say they are living in a fools para...

Re: GNIB CARD RENEWAL

Go to play store in Android and download an app GNIB & Visa, this will let you find and book slots, I recently booked both GNIB and Visa appointments for my wife. I was able to book dates for the day after tomorrow. you can setup notifications as well, the app will tell you when there are empty slot...

Try installing an app from google playstore if android or AppStore if i-phone, the app is called GNIB and Visa by Alexandr Zavalii. Its a trusted app and will give you available slots and also quick booking by saving your details before hand

Oh that's really sad. They could invited you to take the last ceremony if they want. But they don't care at all. I don't how long my one will take. Anyway thanks Kavin.... I was just checking your post saying that there is no date for this year, but to be honest I doubt there wouldn't be a date for...

Re: Irish Citizenship application (Form 8) - How did you organise your application?

Hi there, Organizing your application is quietly frankly a fruitless exercise. The instructions are clear, in terms of the documents required , it would suffice to just order the documents precisely as per the checklist. A well organized application is no guarantee for a quick approval, especially w...

I am all for EU fighting for the right to free movement but the logic here has just gone for a toss, when you live in a house with four roommates and four rooms, it is akin to saying Hey you can bring an outsider to your room but they cannot go to any of the other three rooms, unless may be if they ...

Stamp 4 and Stsmp4eufam

Hi, It seems to be a bit unfair that when an Irish person wants to get residence stamp for their non eu spouse they are only entitled to get a stamp 4 stamp but if this was a non irish eu person then the spouse can get a stamp4eu allowing they for visa free travel in the euro region accompanied by t...

The simplest proofs are the following. - Revenue will send at least one letter confirming your tax credits every year. - Most banks issue statements every quarter and by law they are required to keep this data secured for seven years - Every year you get the medical/life/home insurance renewal lette...

Re: proof of residence (2nd attempt)

You have to understand the purpose of this requirement. The purpose is to establish you were resident in the state and have physical proof to confirm this. You should mix and match the proofs, it should be three different proofs for the same year. It need not be spaced , you can potentially submit c...

Hey, with a stamp 4 visa you are free to be self employed or work as an employee. You should pay for taxes in Ireland and be resident in Ireland. There are no other restrictions.

Being in this process for almost one and half years now and reading all the issues faced by multiple users on this board. I am not surprised that this is not going as planned (at least for me ).
