which mean that for those wait over 6 months likely to wait 563 days to 2,060 days. That's not strictly true. The average is 563 days not the minimum. 2,060 is just the maximum figure. Also, consider that they count in working days (presumably to make the figures look smaller!), so 563 working days...

Please correct my calculation if I have goofed up (in my calculation) but 3890 (decisions within 6 months) divided by total 5090 decisions taken by HO in last one year comes to 76.42%.
