I think that is part of the problem - when people mailing them multiple times - their inbox must be bursting of duplicate emails and it must be a nightmare to sort through ... I emailed them twice! Applied 10 December, Tier 1 General, No news yet, It is absolutely unfair why some get their answer in 3 weeks and some not even in 6 months period.

Reading through September applications, I noticed that allegedly it is taking longer (on average ) to have a news,say many receive their approval not even after 6 months has passed.

Applied 10 December as a Tier 1 + 1 Yeas ILR, anybody here in the same boat? It is absolutely frustrating...

You are right, it is very frustration indeed. Of'course they are not realy very organised.Case workers are different from one another and they work with different speeds.Also,they randomly do some more check,so it is a matter of chance too.I am getting stressed myself as it's been 2 months and a hal...

Thank you, but another side of the story is will there be any argument of my indefenite to be deemed as served on 11th not 10th? my indefenite is dated for 10th, dosen't it mean i received it on say 12th or 13th?
