Re: Schengen visa

Yes I applied as a family member of eu national to travel together. Duration of the visa is 1 year. so does this mean I need to apply for a new Schengen visa if I travel alone even if I have this valid Schengen EU family member visa.

Re: schengen visa eu family member

My spouse is EU national and I received Schengen visa under freedom of movement after Brexit. So does it mean I have to get another separate Schengen visa if travel alone to schengen country.

Re: EUSS family permit refused

Hi, I have friend who is holder of UK RC. He and his wife want to visit Ireland. We all know (at least I, his wife and he himself) that by the virtue of free movement of EU Directive, he is not required to apply for Irish visa.
