I didn't apply for them yet, just asking if I were to apply for future applications as I have been advised for risk of refusals by many advisers.

My situation has changed since then, therefore the need for UC. If the situation changes again in the future where I can support wife and parent, would it be a problem if I were to claim UC now?

If me as a british citizen apply for universal credit or child benefit, does that effect my wife's spouse visa at renewal in any way? Also, does that effect if i were to sponsor adult parents as well? thanks

Be aware as previously stated by others that the likelihood of getting ADR granted or sponsoring on a permanent basis for parents are very very slim.
