Re: When is an application considered late?

i think your application is considered late when you apply or send your documents after your visa is expired. you should keep a proof of posting receipt when you send your documents. you have to send your application of extension before your current visa expires.

Re: ILR Long Route - Studying on PSW

I Dont think that you have breached any condition attached with it, the only restriction to psw holders was no dr or dentist training. Apart from that there was not any condition of working or studying no matter part or full time.

Re: Tier 1 entrepreneur to tier 2 general

Why is he not going for extension i mean its not under his entire control if there is a loss. I think he has to show some kind of proof of business activity because there are some conditions attached to Entrepreneur visa and one has to meet those conditions. I am not too sure about his T2 application.

home office lawyer said this contract has no expiry date and rules may require this basically he relied on refusal. the contract does not specify a duration and thus it does not meet the requirements.
