Re: Tier 1 Entrepreneur Visa. Help Needed

If possible don't close the business.
You have run the clothing business for so long now when you are almost there why rock the boat.
As per rules they cannot object but it does raise eyebrows and you don't want that at this stage.

I would say keep it to the point without unnecessary documents.
And include a good covering letter.

Re: Tier1 Extension Refused Please very silly reason

Are you applying for ILR?
were you using set O application?
When did you get your initial visa and when did you receive your extension?

After Extention

Hello
Do we need to fill section 5 in set O for ILR if applying via Tier 1 entrepreneur route 5 years?
Its confusing as the details asked are rent, salary etc which I dont think applies to tier 1 entrepreneur.

Re: Tier 1 Entrepreneur extension visa approved - again

I am sick of people locking posts. Just because you have been authorized to do so does not mean you go around locking posts. Post are to be locked if they are vulgar etc Not because you think they are not relevant. YOU HAVE NOT BEEN THRU - TIER 1 ENTREPRENEUR ROUTE. so you have no idea what a perso...

Re: Tier 1 Entrepreneur Extension Refused after one Year

Sorry about this and if you dont mind can you let us know what business are you doing? because having a virtual office is not a problem, however there is some thing else in your business especially in annual accounts and banking statement which lead the HO to make this decision. I agree with awan90...

Re: Tier 1 Entrepreneur Extension Refused after one Year

Following this refusal,I think sumitting copy of the contracts and business bank statements is not a bad option? Not really. There were certainly obvious red flags in the above application that made HO quite suspicious of the applicant business activity. Sending extra documents does NOT make you ge...

@noajthan: You have said that this topic is "meaningless" and "low value". You make money by the web traffic (confused applicants) and probably by embedding spam links in your websitet. So show some respect to people who keep your shop running..! Have some empathy ! How would you feel if you have a...

Re: Director's Loan or Share Capital??

Dear Zimba and other Gurus, My extension is due in 3 weeks. So far my plan was to show director's loan, but my solicitor is suggesting to make it share capital. His concern is showing share capital is less hassle as it does not require to provide all the 3 years bank statements and does not need an...
