Please post if you applied foe FLR under Tier 1 .. if you applied early (more than few months) of your current FLR expiry...

I have the same question

I think people used to apply early before and it was ok. but I don't know now.. you might need to give the BIA a reason for early extension. otherwise they might turn your application down and lose 750 £ ..

Did you ask BIA?

I'm 1+3 + ? and need to ask about my IELTS (older than 2 years).

Will it be accepted ? nothing in the new rules says a date for IELTS, But I think we might need to email the ..... HO.

I don't know .. It seem to be that that was available in the pre tier 1 system and many people got their visa with an old IELTS if you were extending your HSMP. hi guys

Do you know if you have an IELTS older than 2 years and you hold an HSMP and apply for tier 1 will it be accepted as it was before???

The rules doesn't state that it should be older than 2 years !!
it just said that you sould pass the test ..
