Re: Full time job also Ltd company

Hey I don't know the right answer but was in the same boat as you - i have a full time job and an I'm also a company director of a ltd company. The company doesn't make any money at the moment. Anyway, I didn't mention the company in the application because my logic of thinking was..I needed to prov...

Re: Advice on filling form AN for naturalisation

Hi all So, I got my PR card 12 months ago so I'm ready to apply for citizenship. When HO returned my documents they kept my 'Blue' and 'Yellow' Worker Accession Cards (for Bulgarians and Romanians). Just reading the requirements for citizenship now and I noticed the below in the AN booklet (page 10)...

Is PR (EEA) enough when applying or do I need more evidence?

Hi all I received my PR a few months ago and i'm going to apply for Citizenship in September. Two questions: 1. Is it normal for HO to keep some of the documents I sent with my PR application? 2. Do I have to provide all the same work/living evidence for the past 5 years along side the PR card? Thanks

Re: Which route to apply?

Hey, it's a bit of a long shot, but did you manage to complete your application? We're in a similar situation and wonder whether we need to send evidence for parents' income along with the maintenance loans evidence?

All the best!

HO didn't return my old yellow & blue cards

Hello Received my permanent residence documents and card today, but Home Office didn't return my old yellow and blue cards. Those are the card issued to Bulgarians and Romanians back during the transitional period (worker accession cards). Is that normal? Will I need them when I'm applying for citiz...

Proof of address - is it compulsory for EEA PR application

Hi all I've read the application and the guide notes and I didn't see anything related to sending proof of address. I have supporting documents covering employment and study and everything else. But I realised that i haven't attached anything about my addresses. Is it compulsory? If not, would it he...

Fill out application electronically, then print and sign?

Hi all

I'm applying for PR and I'd rather fill out the form using adobe reader and then print it off, rather than by hand. I'm sure i'll misspell something, and i really want to save myself the hassle of reprinting pages.

So, can I just fill it out and print after and then sign?

Cheers
