Travelling during ILR application in progress

Dear Members, I am aware that this question was asked a lot of times here. However, I didn't find any 100% confirmation or maybe link to some source confirming that. Applied for ILR Route : SET(O) Tier 1 Entrepreneur (50k) on 15th May (yesterday). I currently keep my passport and residence permit wh...

Re: Confused

My HO status was showing as 'Awaiting a decision' with date of last updated 20 April 2017 in the morning. Checked in the evening, its still showing as 'Awaiting a decision' but they removed the date (20 April 2017). Has anyone observed the same or they treating me in 007 mode first giving partial r...

Re: Confused

^^Yes, unfortunately, it's a difficult situation to be in. I hope you hear positive news soon. Also, just want to add that partial refund usually means good news. Were there any cases when the applicant got the full refund ? I went through so many cases here and it seems that in both cases (refusal...

Re: Start date missing on FPS

I sent the updated FPS information to HO yesterday (Monday 23rd Oct) and they have received it this morning (Tuesday 24th Oct). Unfortunately, the IHS fee of £400 was refunded to my bank account last Friday (20th Oct) which I guess means the decision has been made. However, the status of the applic...

Re: Start date missing on FPS

If you are refunded £400 did you apply with a dependent? What makes you think you are refused? Hope for the best till you hear from HO as IHS refund does not mean anything certain. Wrong format of FPS document. Found the mistake just few days ago. I hope it will be enough time for them to add the n...

Thanks for your suggestion, I will definitely do it on Monday.
I also read some successful case on this forum when AR helped.
Will I be able to proceed with another fresh application if AR is refused ?

Thanks

Re: Start date missing on FPS

I carefully read their advices and passed it to my accountant. But I missed the point that start date should be mentioned in the FPS. That's my fault, unfortunately. All this info is now mentioned in the RTI schedule (https://postimg.org/image/uiv63o3o7/), but I guess it won't work anyway ? I am not...

Start date missing on FPS

I have applied for Tier 1 (£50K) visa on 30th of March 2017. I still haven't received a decision from Home office. However, I've just noticed that another member's application was refused because the start date of each employment was missing on the FPS. Unfortunately, I've just found out that the st...

Re: Evidencing the investments

ukbiz, zimba88, sm12 - thanks for your reply guys. Yes, I am very suspicious regarding this 'Creditors falling due within one year". Again from my accountants words this is a standard field. My Loan agreement is showing term of 3 years. Regarding my name on accounts I will contact her and ask to add...

Re: Dependant maintenance requirement

Thanks for reply.
I had the required amount in my personal account for the consecutive 90 days.
The only thing I am thinking about right now is that this amount (50K) was used to show my intention to make an investment.
can I show this money as a maintenance fee for my dependant ?
