Dear All,

I have booked an appointment online with UKBA for Tier -1 General Extn for myself +2 dependents on Oct 8th 2013. Got the appointment but the amount £4998 has been deducted.

Is this correct or have done mistakes? Please suggest me ASAP.

My Father is a Govt Employee, so i can provide some evidence to that but the question is do we need to provide clarification on the points which the visa was refused initially?
