Realistic chance of OCI being in my hand by the 19th November? Anyone care to guess? :? my friends applied for the whole family ...

Re: Tier 2 General and Company Director

My spouse switched from Tier 2 ICT dependent on General visa in August 2019 last year. She opened a company in 2018 for self-employment however, she was not able to do any self-employment and was sponsored by her full-time employer in August 2019. Please note that she haven't earned anything from h...

Hello Guys,

Do i really nead a Visa Application Advisor/Lawyer. I want to submit a change of employer visa application from within the UK.

My visa approved on 21st Jan 2020 (the date on the approval letter) and I received my BRP on 23rd Jan 2020. But this is not unique for all. Better check with DX tomorr...

Re: Tier 2 General super priority service

Many people didn't receive email confirmations but received BRP after one week of their Biometrics submission (while they were using Super Priority Service). To check if your BRP was with DX Delivery, you can call them on 0300 222 0000 and request them if they have any update on your BRP. Tell them...

Your questions don't have complete/enough information.... 1. How does my wife go about extending her stay? Do we apply together, separately, in what order etc? If I understand it correctly, your wife has a PBS dependent visa till August? It's not mandatory to extend her visa with you in April if her...
