FYI I got ILR with scanned copy of P60 for all the 5 years....they were just printouts on plain a4 paper. Case worker was happy with them.....

hi, in my case the case worker asked for P60 for all the 5 yrs. FYI I applied for ILR with WP+Tier1 ...hope this helps.

I wud suggest you contact your employer and get P60.

As per UK law every company has to issue P60, ask ur employer. Alternatively provide the payslips for all these 5 years and see if u can convince case worker.

Thanks Diago for answering the queries, regarding council tax benefit I am referring to "Second homes qualify for a 10% discount, unless the liable person has to live in job-related accommodation as part of their job", is this treated as council tax benefit?
