He's been in the UK for 10 years now and he got his ILR by 10 years long residence last month . He doesn't have his old payslips or P60s from his previous employments anymore. I thought people have to hold their ILR for full 12 months to apply for the citizenship!! You need to check this with exper...

Yes, he's from Philippines (Non-EU). Sorry forgot to mentions this.

His passport have all entry and exit stamps.
