Should I apply for eea4 and then apply bc or bc directly ?

Plus on the citizenship page for British spouse it states that they may need to be resident for three years ?

@OP, read through directive 2004/38/ec. Pay particular attention to the requirements of residence documentation for non-EU family members and especially that pertaining to permanent residence. Ask yourself how your extended absence from the UK would allow family members to continue living in the UK...

My wife entered in UK on a family permit in November 2012 and i have just applied for the resident card and received the COA on 18th April 2013. For PR when does the clock start? and when will my wife be eligible to apply for PR?

Application sent on 9th April 2013 Home office received: 10th April 2013 CoA received: 20 April 2013, Dated 18 April 2013. (With right to work). RC: TBA. Mine should be a straight forward case as i have lived in Ireland and malta with eea resident cards. I hope i get lucky!! will keep you in the loop
