Re: Retained Rights Help URGENT

Hi Simon,

Can you clarify what his options are?

From what your saying it looks like Retained rights are out of the question even though there was DV.

What are his options now? You mentioned ILR could you please point me in the right direction so that I may advise him?

Re: **** COVID19 Biometrics appointments and UKVCAS ***** (Discuss here ONLY)

I submitted my biometrics and paperwork on Saturday but when I log into the site it shows everything I have uploaded but nothing says submitted.

Is there any confirmation or will it stay like this?

Re: Speeding offence and citizenship

Thanks for your replies. I have just spoke with the courts and they have advised I can appeal to the crown court.

What happens if you have an appeal pending in relation to the citizenship application?

Re: Speeding offence and citizenship

Hi Cullinan,

Many thanks for your advice.

Would it be worth appealing the conviction now, I’m willing to hire a solicitor.

Yes, the matter was taken to court.

Re: Ilr or settled status

I meant indefi...

Re: Ilr or settled status

The reason I keep asking about ilr is because it can be decided fairly quickly if I pay for the fast track, and I would just like to get it over with ASAP.

Hi Vinny,

I did not know they could refuse the application as well.

Is there a precedent for this or is the refusal something that does not happen to everyone?
