I went to GOV website
I entered all baby's details

mom and dads details, mentioning dad on ILR

didn't fill grand parents marriage details,

took me to payment page of £54.
am I going in a right direction?

I am on ILR
we have a 2 months old baby. What is the procedure to apply for her British passport
Does the baby needs to go through naturalisation process or can I apply directly to british passport

back home good running business, got lands, house but not sure whether they have to show any bank balance to demonstrate they got some finds to support them once they go back. at the min all money got on rotation and not maintaining any balance from my end as well I started maintaining balance of 50...

Had an appointment with NCS

I would say its worth going there

very friendly service

they checked the application
and advised to apply for British Passport at the same time as MN1

Waiting now for other things now

Most of your assumed answers make sense. Child is Indian. If a 1.3 application settled parent should sign. Q1.3 & 1.36 & Section 3 - skip as N/A. Ofcourse proud Mom can give consent too. I got similar situation
Mine was refused under deception in 2008
Granted PSW in 2010, tier 1 entrepreneur refusal based on 2008 deception but was granted visa after FTT, now got ILR IN 10 years root this year.


Worried a lot after listening to ur story
