has anyone travelled to India on an Indian passport (in the grace period) and returned back to UK with a GB passport ?

Can we surrender the Indian passport in India

32 days absence acknowledged by the employer as annual leave/. The other 130 days as Tier 1 doesnt need any proof unles they were compelling or compassionate. I have gone through the forum and have found if Accountant is certified and company is not, this should be fine.
