I have gone through the forum and have found if Accountant is certified and company is not, this should be fine. To be on safer side I have requested for copy Accountant's ICAEW practising certificate. I hope this should fit in the requirements. Good luck with your application....I'll be surprised ...

thanks for posting the letter. so does this mean we are seeing all applicants having >=180 absence within 1 years or more refused for ILR?? but we didnt know this rule will be interpretted in this way during the 5 years period??? anyone went to court because of this?? thanks Check the UKBA guidance...
