That means if i get 2 years ext after initial 3 years visa i can apply for PR
RULES ALSO SAYS THAT YOU CANNOT HAVE LEAVE FOR MORE THAN 3 MONTHS IN A YEAR SO THAT MEAN FOR 5 YEARS WE ALLOWED 450 MAXIMUM DAYS LEAVE OUTSIDE UK THAN STILL WE ARE OK TO APPLY FOR PR

My friend some says that you have to apply for the 2nd extension again to finally apply for the PR .

3+2+2 === 7 years to get PR

3 YEAR VISA + 1ST EXT 2 YEARS+ 2NS EXT 2YEARS === 7 YEARS

I called the BRITISH HIGH COMMISSION TODAY NEW DELHI they confirmed me that the visa has been issued and i can collect it from the VFS chandigarh

Dear Morgot,

If the agreement is in your friend name also then you do not have to required any other agreement.
There are other documents apart from the agreement
Such as
1) passport copy
2) electricity bill
3) and other bills pretaining to the agreement.

DearSabu, The application forms clearly states that your passport should be valid 6 months before the departure from uk. so if you get visa for three years from today then your passport shold be valid till 3rd of april 2011. if still there is a confusion call me on 9878828009 regards, deepinder

for your query you should have read the form properly there is a section where it says that your passport should be valid 6 months from the date of departure from uk not from india .
