Dear all,

Actually my 5 years Residence card will be expired on 23rd September, 2015. My question is:

Do i have to apply for permanent residence before Residence card expires.

Or I can apply for permanent residence after Residence card expires on 23rd September, 2015.

buktais, omonile, LilyLalilu thanks for all of your kind reply. Actually still now I am not sure about weekly minimum works or income. As far I know minimum 10 hours/week should be fine. If I get refused for low income, do you think it will be against the EU law and I can appeal. I am really stresse...
