I tried my best to contact HCI, London after holidays to consider my case but to no avail. Decided to apply for entry Visa at a cost of 268 quid for my family. And the entry visa was processed in 1 and half days (including application and collection in person). VFS is doing a gr8 job processing 1300...

Thanks to sushdmehta for prompt reply.

My wife (hopefully) will get her ILR today (at Croydon in person aplpication for ILR).

Once she gets that, can she apply as my dependent for Naturalisation without waiting for 1year completionunder ILR?
