OCI Form Questions

Hello,

I'm going to apply for OCI via post and I had couple of questions on the form (Part A),

1. Place of Submission - should it be UK-London?
2. Passport Number - Is it British Passport no or Indian?

Thank you.

I think I just got confused and I don't need to worry about my Indian passport at all once the surrender process has been done.

I guess OCI stamp comes on the UK passport, right?

can some one please confirm?

Thanks for the advice. I have already tried to contact NCS center but they are closed today so I'll go back on Monday and see what happens. I'll also try to contact the UKBA and explain the situation and see what happens.

Spouse's eligibility related question

Hello, I came to UK in March, 2006 and my wife in April, 2009. We both got our ILR in May 2011. I think, I'll be definitely eligible for Naturalisation in May, 2012 (more than 5 years in the UK and 1+ year after ILR) but I'm confused about my wife's eligibility. In May 2012, my wife will have 1+ yea...
