My passport interview letter name spelling is incorrect.

Also on the address ,there is no city name.

Thanks for the reply. After husband got ILR ,wife apply by post. How can applicant know which rules applied? Set (M) not as simple as that. Under what provision was leave granted to your friend's wife. If under 284 then perhaps ILR under 287 is possible, if not, she will have to wait for 5 years.

My friend applied ILR in September 2013 and received 2014.
His wife received flr(M) in January 2014.
Wife came UK before 2012 as a dependent.

For Set(M) , does she need to show income and can she apply now ?
