So you are looking to provide evidence that your spouse has the English language requirement to meet the requirements. You will need the ecctis certificate or get the the required IELTS certificate
Thanks a lot

Maintenance funds

Hi,

Am a british citizen, we missed to maintain the funds on a single balance

However combination of funds in UK accounts ( 2 bank accounts) and India accounts, we got the required funds of ( 2*630+945= 2205)

Is that valid?

Wife and child dependent visa

Hi,

I was on tier 1 , last week got ILR. can i apply PBS dependent for my wife and child or it needs to be on FLR-M?

Also if apply by post is a problem considering Feb 18 is expiry date, is it the postal receipt date considered as date of application?

Thanks
