Re: **** COVID19 Biometrics appointments and UKVCAS ***** (Discuss here ONLY)

I have a question regarding the documents. Once you have uploaded the documents to UKVCAS website, do you need to take all of the documents to them?
I know i have to take the original passports, BRP and References. I am asking because printing bank statements and utility bills is quite a job.

Re: Settlement scheme for non EU family

Hello Emir,

If you are married with EEA citizen, you have automatic right to live and work in the UK. Dont worry about rejection because you are protected with European Law. You should apply for settled or pre settled status depending on your situation.

One thing is clear. If your family member is not from the UK, they will still be EU citizens so it does not matter if UK is part of EU or not. You will still be allowed to travel

Re: Schieguan visa for non eea

If you have a residence card of family member of EU/EEA national and your partner is in that country, you don't need a visa to go there. You can use your RC for that. If you don't have residence card of family member of EU national, then you can apply for shengen visa but as a family member of EEA c...

Re: Malaysian marriage certificate rejected by Home Office

Unfortunately Malaysia is not member of Hague Apostle convention but they should accept the marriage document as the evidence of relationship. They cannot ask you to register the marriage in the UK as you're already married and cannot remarry. It is better to contact Solvit and explain them the situ...

Don't care about them. He does not need RC to live in the UK if your marriage is valid.

Re: Passport Expiry

It is better if you apply for passport first. If your RC expires, you can still live. After you have sent your application, you can request your passport back if you need it. New BRP are being issued seperate from your passport.
