Can he travel multiple times on dependent visa? like stay with us for a month and go away for few months and we do this? P.S: asking the above question on behalf of a...

Re: Absent 90-100 days - delay?

Hello! I will be eligible to apply for naturalisation in September. I expect that if I apply on the first day I am eligible (4 September), I will have been absent for 98 days in the last 12 months. I know that you should not have been absent for more than 90 days, but that up to 100 days are "norma...

Moving out of UK for 7 months after passport

Hi,
I'm in the process of neutralisation and may have to travel back home for almost half a year. I understand that the form we fill for neutralisation says that "I intend to live in the UK" but what is there any restriction or rule about how long are we allowed to be out of the UK?

Thanks!

Hey CR001! I have a followup question but didn't want to make another post so gonna ask here I managed to get an appointment at another centre for 27th December 2017 BUT I was asked by the person on the phone whether I was in the UK exactly 5 years ago, i.e: 27th December 2012. Weirdly enough, I was...

A friend of mine after living in the UK for 11 years got deported back a year ago. He was put on a chartered plane and sent back as he initially refused to go when they took him away from the detention centre. He was never illegal but had a complicated history of some fraudulent degree from 7 years ...

Tier 4 to ILR(varied from FLR) Success - PEO Sheffield

Hi guys I had my ILR Appointment at Sheffield today. A bit of background first; my visa was expiring about 18 days before I would've reached my qualifying period and so I applied for an FLR(FP) application first and then varied it. 1.Category: SET(LR) 2. Number of dependents: 0 3. Total cost: £3700(...

Hi Asim Not a moderator but I'd also say the same.. You don't really need a cover letter for a straight forward application. However, I do have one that my solicitor wrote for m as my case had one little complication. I can share it with you if you still looking for one. Drop me your email Regards a...

Hi farukkh Answer to your question is yes. I am now waiting for my appointment and will share my experience...

I recently varied my application and will be going for my PEO appointment in 2 weeks. I received a biometric letter for my initial(FLR) application and have been told that I'll have to retake biometric again when I go to my appointment. So I'm guessing you would also have to do another biometric as ...
