1. SET (M) 2. Yes, for any visits/stays that are longer than 2 weeks. Instructions are included in the online form. 3. You need to meet the income/salary requirements, which include an employer letter. Either she can provide her employment details or you can or you both can. Include kids, if applyin...

Re: Supplementary Employment with same Employer

In my view that's a very open ended Q. You can work 20 hours but for the same SOC / similar role. For a different role, they need to run another COS but not RLMT as the job is on the shortage list.

Re: SET (M) Question 7.11

4 years 11 months is fine. To be on the safe side book biometrics only when you complete full 5 years. These days biometrics appointments are running at a 28 day lag anyways. Interested to know why you want biometrics at full 5 years? HO allow applicants to apply up to 28 days early and biometrics ...

Re: Set M ILR

The spirit of the change from 2 years to 5 years ILR was to ensure relationships were lasting and sustained. You should get professional advice as there may be other routes available to you depending on your personal circumstances.

The user does not have PM privilege yet. Also, you shouldn't post this publicly unless you wish to be swamped with PMs from members. See also point 6 of the forum T&Cs. https://www.immigrationboards.com/announcements/terms-conditions-t3.html I thought by going PM route I was avoiding inadvertently ...

Send me a PM and I can suggest you a company in London who can sponsor. But you have to do your own research on them.

Re: Tier 2 ICT Depend.

Thanks, I was thinking along the lines of if the T2 ICT main applicant is obliged to change status to T2 General Dep. but I guess apart from ILR, this should not have any bearing on the visa status.

Re: Refused boarding for non-eu spouse without Schengen

If you proved your status to them showing your marriage certificate, you should have been given the right to travel to the country. Eurowings were wrong and I hope you had something from them in writing to prove you were DB due to non visa. I have travelled with my non EU spouse many times through r...

Re: Bank Statement for Spouse Visa

One short answer to your all question that if you are earning at least £18600 from the last 6 or 12 months then don't include or even show your intention to start your own company to keep case smooth. Very nicely put. No need to volunteer this info if you have already met the financial requirements.
