Spouse Visa FLR M to SET M

Hello, Have tried looking for this but no success. My wife has at the moment the 2 year probationery spouse visa. My query is from the 2 years is there a minimum period my wife has to be in the UK OR a maximum period of time she is allowed to be away from the UK.
Any advice much appreciated.
Thanks
