Re: April 2015 Naturalization application Timeline ONLY

Did anyone notice the approval date is not not dependent upon date of applying but is rather dependent on date of biometric letter issued. As this week is going by applicant who received biometric letter in 3rd week of June are getting approval (same in both cases of May and June applicants)

Hello everyone, I have my naturalisation NCS appointment in 1 week and I was wondering if an expert can guide me on a couple of doubts: 1. I am director of my company with PAYE number and UTR number. Now, should I select director or employee in section 3. Also, in the field for tax reference, do I ...

Re: UK born Child's visa expires soon. Need to travel abroad

Best thing to do is to apply for ILR dependent visa for him. Aah that would be very expensive and its required just for 3/4 months may be..its going to be wasted as we will be eligible for citizenship in December. Is there any other option like a travel card or something? Can child come back to UK ...

Re: UK born Child's visa expires soon. Need to travel abroad

You would need to register your child as British using MN1 form before applying for passport and this could take months (god knows with current scenario nowdays!!!!). Best thing to do is to apply for ILR dependent visa for him. Or if you wish you can apply for MN1 registration and pray that you get ...

They couldn't have made it more confusing!! For example...Quote: "There were 112,407 decisions about British citizenship, 40% fewer than in the previous year (188,910). Correspondingly, there were 42% fewer people granted British citizenship (-75,908 to 105,043). This was the lowest annual figure s...

Re: HO post April 2015 stats?

Previous post has stated that majority of refusals has been due to the fact that you would need to be in country on date of application 5 year ago. Most of the people get that wrong which results in refusals

Re: Income requirements for ILR - contractor

Your accountant needs to provide you with payslips which you can show as proof of earnings. Remember that they should be on company letter head.

It would make more sense to ask your accountant to submit the tax returns for both company and you as HO nowdays do make enquiry on that.

You don't need to. just call up council and ask them to book the ceremony. They will only book it if they have your certificate.

She would need to be present here so that you can apply for nationality registration as she would need to submit the biometrics as part of application. The minors need not to submit the fingerprints but they are required to submit distal photograph as per new rules.
