Thanks, I understand that I my wife has to wait for 2 yrs more or I have to apply myself and then my wife can apply once I get British Citizensh...

Re: why 2 years for spouse?

Hi,Guys. You wrote that the PEO asked you to prove that your wife lived with you for 2 years while you applied under HSMP JR policy. But it is stated that " the immigration status of dependants of migrants of the categories covered by this policy will follow that of the principal applicant." As I u...

Re: ILR Eligibility Query

I have some doubt about on my eligibility for ilr application. Visa stamped -24/08/2006. Visa expiry date - 24/08/2011. First UK entry date - 06/10/2006 delayed by 42 days. So I am bit confused about my ILR application submit date. Do I need to extend my visa before expiry date (24/08/2011) or can ...

I think UKBA wants to call the pre nov 2006 applicants as HSMP only with 04/2011 form but with 05/2011 the confusion created with adding tier 1 (hsmp) in section 3B 04/2011 - section 3B - HSMP ILR Judicial Review, section 10g 05/2011 - section 3B - HSMP ILR Judicial Review or tier 1 Judicial Review...

Re: FORM SET(O)- SECTION 3

Section 9 - select 9G. In the new SET(O) form , effective 06-Apr-11, select 10G. In fact, if you read 9G (old form) / 10G (current form) it becomes crystal clear which option is to be selected in Section 3 of the form by HSMP migrants falling in the "03-Apr to 07-Nov" category. Any suggestions from...

I agree this is confusing and UKBA have added this- 10L- category without any extra guidance. section 9 - you are not Tier 1 but were stamped as Tier 1 as HSMP had stopped. Skip section 9 SECTION 9 - TIER 1 POINTS SCORING ASSESSMENT Applicants who are applying for indefinite leave to remain in the ...

Just wondering does it going to make a difference if we select 10G or 10H. Salina, i think gidoc is correct, if we are in 2+3, then we have to select 10G and if we are 1+3, then 10H. for section 3 - tier 1 general migrant including hsmp jr review. you can't select both 10G and 10H and we can't sele...
