just an update, the ceremony invitation letter came friday, exactly 7 days after the approval.

private ceremony booked this coming thursday for a tidy sum of £75. finally the end is in sight,

i think what is happening is, since 16th july 2012, applications made outside of the uk are porcessed at the PO Box address. unlike before, application made in the uk are processed at the new address. i think anyone in the uk who posts to the PO box will just have their application redirected to the...

monday is a bank holiday, therefore the peo will not be open.

if he is submitting using the premium service on friday, you will either have an answer on friday, or the case worker will pass it on for further consideration therfore in such case will be treated the same as a postal application.

there seems to quite a few of us who have posted applications around the same day. it would be quite interesting in my opinion looking at the turn around times for each of us.

iv always wondered, do the applications get put in a queue, or just land randomly on a pile and picked up randomly.

confirmed delivered my royal mail 28th aptril

due to 2 bank holiday weekends, payment taken 9th may

confirmation letter recieved 10th may

surely if you sold a car privatly, the buyer does not have come back.

i could sell you a car, and you could drive it down the road then the wheels fall off. that would then be your problem.

My application was received on 3 may, still no payment taken yet. Any news from u rooney! Or any1 else in the same situation you need to give them another week. its only been days since they recieved it. my payment took 1 and half week, and as the letter is sent 2nd class it will be early next week...
