Re: UK visa fee - refund

They may join later. But I cannot confirm it yet.
Simply,
Can I withdraw an application prior to giving the bio-metrics, although I have postponed the bio-metric once of twice after paying the visa and healthcare fee ?
And if I do so, will I get a full refund including the visa fee ?

Re: Expired CCJ

Unless you read that in the immigration rules or Home Office guidance, I would advise ignoring it. quoting ------------------------------------------------------------------...

Re: Expired CCJ

I put it in that way because that's how they ask that question. I read somewhere that it is not required to say "Yes"for that question if the CCJ is no longer available in the CCJ register. But I'm still doubtful because of that word "ever". What do you suggest ?
