Skills & Interest matter the most !!!!!! One thing to keep in mind is US & Middle east have lesser tax than australia or UK !! but standard of living is better in australia & US compared to other places you suggested.....

I had the same issue couple of days back.....I was shocked to see the letter....called the HO immediately and was advised to ignore the letter as there was some database update problem........ hope this helps....keep me in loop if u hear anything new from them....... hopefully it wont bother the out...

just a thought .....is 45K in london equivalent to 30-35K in other places like southwest or southeast england (anglia)......... Am i better off, if I stick to a lower pay and stay off london & other metropolitan places or its more the merrier way....
