Re: Status change

Do we contact the DJEI for a change in status or the department of Justice itself?
Remember! I am looking to withdraw my case from the EU treaty unit.

And, what about the citizenship application which is ongoing?

Re: Status change

True what you just said but i actually thought about all this. My current salary is far more than the 30k critical skills requirement. Hours of contract will remain the same, the only thing that will change is the designation but i don't mind doing the other job either. I am stressing on the visa st...

After spending 5 years on stamp4eu, i applied for an EU3 back in october 2020 and i am on a temporary stamp for now as the department havent taken a decision yet. Re: Ireland - First time passport applications timelines -2021

Hi I have seen that some people are posting tracking their passports. How can i do that? is that the same link https://passporttracking.dfa.ie/ I got a reference number on the acknowledgement letter but its in the form of xxxxxxxx-CITZ-21 and the tracking requires an 11 digit barcode. Am i doing som...

Re: Retention of Residence card EU5 refused and review enquiry

My advice is to first get divorced and then apply a fresh EU5 application. If you apply for a permanent card as a spouse on an EU than your case is very similar to mine but eventually you will be give an eufam which doesn't really make sense for a separated spouse. Since you are separated you can st...

Re: Retention of Residence card EU5 refused and review enquiry

That is correct. EU3 is for people still married, even if separated. If due to separation the form cannot be filled, this can be explained in a cover letter to the minister. I applied for an EU3 as a separated spouse. My wife signed the EU3 and also provided last 5 years documentation as this was t...

Re: Retention of Residence card EU5 refused and review enquiry

Is your husband still in the state and working. If he is, then you have no need to worry. The refusal is correct, only spouses who are now divorce qualifies for retention. How do they renew the permission then? EU5 is for those who are divorced. EU3 is for someone who is still married and it does r...

Re: EU3 still pending decision after 1 year, did anybody get approval?

Raja thankyou so much for response. I assume they will issue temporary stamp4 not eufam. Do we need re entry visa after we get that stamp? Also, i applied on the basis of being separated with my spouse not divorced. Would they issue a letter so i can apply for the stamp myself or would their still b...

Re: EU3 still pending decision after 1 year, did anybody get approval?

Citizenship was applied in Februrary 2021, They returned my original passports alongwith an acknowledgement in 3 weeks. Meanwhile i am still waiting for the eu treaty to send my some sort of temporary extension so i can travel. But is it not like this that when you apply through a solicitor than the...

Doesn't make any sense at all. Do you think i should email to get a temporary extension? Is that how ut works now? Usually...

No i haven't received anything so far.
Eu3 applied in October last year and i only got an acknowledgement soon after I applied.
S4euf expired in January this year.
I haven't sent them any email as i have seen a notice that all permissions are automatically extended until September 2021.

Re: PR Application Review Decision ( Help)

If the minister has provided enough evidence to prove your marriage was a sham than i dont think you are getting anything out of it. And when you say that you applied for a permanent residence card on the basis of yourself than its simply not right as you are a non eu divorcee who is no longer a fam...

Re: Eu treaty right retained unit

What do you mean when you say that she was doing deliveries? Was she self employed? Was this the reason behind the revocation of your visa? Generally the minister provides enough evidence to prove a sham marriage. To the best of my knowledge after revoking the stamp they delay the case as long they ...

Were you granted refugee status as a protection? (Unsafe to travel)
Some refugees are allowed to travel (temporarily) on special circumstances. What was the purpose of your travel and your refuge status?

Re: chenchooliah V Minister For Justice - Important Judgement On Rights Of EU Citizen Spouses.

The scheme is for undocumented. Deportation orders, marriage of convenience cases. Review cases. People waiting for ages for an answer etc etc. Are all these people also classified as undocumented? Someone with an adverse immigration history, e.g: documents found to be forged, proven sham marriage. ...
