This person had the same issue and his lawyer spoke to HO and they reissues the letter with AR option.

Sorry for your refusal. Did you hsve to sign for the dovuments?
My understanding was AR can be applied wothin 14 days from the time decision letter is recieved not from the letter dated.

Is that right? Senior members can help.
